Wow what an amazing company. A/c was struggling to cool home and my electric bills were sky high. AAA sent not one but 2 technicians on a Saturday to figure out what was going on. We were fully prepared to dish out 10k for a new unit. That’s when Andrew Suarez showed up; identified that the unit was running the heat element as well, pushing luke warm air through the system. In 10 minutes Andrew fixed the problem and cold air immediately came pouring out of the vents. They even refused to take payment since it was such a quick fix. This is an amazing company- no one in South Florida is honest anymore; but these guys are. This was the fourth company that has worked on this system and finally AAA did what the others couldn’t. I look forward to eventually replacing our unit and using AAA to do it.
